The Black Hawk Dental Clinic is now officially open. Our phased approach to opening allows us to focus on providing exceptional care to those who need it most, while also planning for eventual growth and expansion.
Our Dental Clinic is pleased to take care of patients who live within our Purchase Referred Care service delivery area. Additionally, at this time, we are focusing on serving Sac and Fox Tribal Elders (55+ years old), Patients diagnosed with Diabetes Mellitus, Minors (1-18 years old), and Patients diagnosed with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.
