Founded in 2022, our center is dedicated to providing quality healthcare services to members of the Sac and Fox Nation and other Indigenous Nations. We provide an array of services to our patients, including medical and behavioral health, dental, optometry, and community health. By providing accessible healthcare services, we hope to improve the health outcomes of those in the community.
